One-on-One: (very personal attention and fast results)

$75 per session 1-day per week
$70 per session 2-days per week
$65 per session 3-days per week

One-on-One is essential for some types of rehabilitation. Check with your doctor for a prescription.

Classes*:

(Available to anyone who works better in a group setting or better affordability)
Max students per class: 8
*Recommended 3 days per week for more intensity and faster results.
$25 per session


**No contracts** - try a class to learn to train yourself.

*Initial session must be One-on-One $120. (takes up to 1 1/2 to 2 hrs)
