What to Expect...

We don't believe in dieting! We believe in exercise and living right. Let us teach you the right way. In our fitness studios you will learn to train correctly for the fastest results. A properly designed fitness program will open new roads to self-confidence and inner peace, immeasurably improving your quality of life.

The “INITIAL” Session:

The initial session takes approximately 2-21/2 hours and begins with your interview, in which we will cover everything from your current eating habits to your personal goals and how to attain them. After a question and answer period in which we share lots of new knowledge, we will move on to taking your measurements for the record (they change very quickly). Then we proceed to a full body workout to determine your current state of fitness and muscle balance (this is how we build your training program). At this time you may choose any of our programs, or continue on your own.
