I have enjoyed working with Jennifer for a number of years now. Her perspective is unique because she was, for many years, an active participant in body building competitions and is dedicated to fitness as a way of life. For women particularly, she stays focussed not just on strength, but shape and definition of muscles. Jennifer has been my personal trainer since January 2000! I had just had my second son and wanted to get the baby weight off. She made sure I realized the importance of not just working out, but the importance of eating right. She is the only trainer in the area that completely tailors her workouts for me to reach my goals.

She has never failed me when it comes to motivation or honesty! When I competed at Mrs. International, I was ready for fitness competition. She ensured that I was not only physically ready but also "mentally" ready for competition. I had the confidence needed to compete and look my best in fitness!

Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are areas that we should focus on everyday. Because of a knee injury, she customizes my workouts to strengthen my muscles around the problem area and continues to push and motivate me in a very positive way in my everyday life. If I cannot make it to a session, she suggests working out at home or doing cardio until I see her again. She is always motivating me to achieve my goals.

I will always LIVE by the techniques she has taught me over the years and the importance of being fit for life! I cannot thank her enough! She is so awesome!
